Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your membership and participation in the Protective Association for Creditors ("PAC"). By joining PAC, you agree to comply with the following Terms designed to promote financial transparency, mutual support, and ethical debt recovery.

2. Purpose of PAC

PAC exists to:

  • Advocate for creditor protection and responsible lending.
  • Foster education around financial systems and legal rights.
  • Support members in resolving credit disputes fairly.
  • Represent member interests in policy discussions and financial reforms.

3. Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to:

  • Individuals or businesses who are recognized creditors.
  • Those who adhere to ethical collection practices.
  • Members willing to contribute to PAC’s objectives and abide by its Code of Conduct.

4. Membership Responsibilities

All members shall:

  • Provide accurate documentation of credit claims.
  • Engage respectfully with other members and debtors.
  • Avoid harassment, coercion, or unlawful collection tactics.
  • Promote awareness about creditor rights in their communities.

5. Governance and Voting Rights

  • PAC will be governed by an elected Board of Representatives.
  • Members may vote on major decisions, policies, and leadership appointments.
  • Annual General Meetings (AGMs) will be held to review PAC progress and future goals.

6. Privacy and Data Use

  • PAC will protect member data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
  • Information shared within PAC shall not be sold or used for personal gain.

7. Termination of Membership

PAC reserves the right to revoke membership if a member:

  • Violates ethical guidelines or the Terms.
  • Engages in fraudulent activity.
  • Harms the reputation of PAC through misconduct.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of internal disputes:

  • Members shall attempt resolution through PAC’s mediation committee.
  • Unresolved issues may be escalated to relevant legal or financial authorities.

9. Liability Disclaimer

PAC is a voluntary association and does not guarantee debt recovery. It shall not be held liable for members' individual actions or financial losses.

10. Changes to Terms

PAC may update these Terms periodically. Members will be notified and given an opportunity to review changes before they take effect.
