1. Administrative Data
We collect and process administrative data required for secure platform oversight. This includes administrator credentials, IP addresses for security logging, and detailed activity logs of all management actions performed within the console.
2. Oversight Information
To effectively manage the BizSuite ecosystem, Platform Administrators have visibility into business registration details, member profiles, and platform-wide metrics. This information is used solely for authorization and system maintenance.
3. Security Auditing
All sessions within the Management Console are audited. We use activity monitoring to prevent unauthorized access and to ensure that administrative actions align with platform security policies.
4. Information Sharing
Administrative data and platform metrics are strictly for internal enterprise use. We do not share administrative logs or user directory information with third parties unless required by law.
5. Infrastructure
This console utilizes the same secure Firebase infrastructure as the primary BizSuite application, ensuring that administrative controls are protected by industry-standard encryption and security protocols.
